The rearview camera coaxial cable connectors may have been crimped improperly, causing the rearview camera to fail or function intermittently.  This has happen to my vehicle (2020 Cadillac XT5) on several occasions.  I took my vehicle to the local dealer and was told that there were no recall on my car.  Later I was told that the recall number was closed.  GM recall number was N222378380. I did not received a recall letter. What steps should be taken to correct this issue without me absorbing the cost?
