The recall was reported on February 5, 2026. As of September 23, 2026, NHTSA continues to list my vehicle as \u201cRecall Incomplete, remedy not yet available,\u201d and Jaguar states that the permanent remedy remains under development.  I have complied with the interim safety precautions, including the dealer implemented restriction on maximum battery charge. These restrictions reduce the usable range and normal utility of the vehicle, yet after more than seven months there is still no permanent repair available or definite date for one.  I am concerned that I am continuing to operate and own a vehicle for which the manufacturer acknowledges a potential battery thermal-overload/fire risk while no permanent remedy is available. I am requesting that NHTSA review whether Jaguar Land Rover is providing a timely and effective remedy for Recall 26V-067 and the length of time owners are being required to operate their vehicles under interim safety restrictions.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"JAGUAR","productModel":"I-PACE","manufacturer":"Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC"}]}]}
