We have contacted Toyota.  Toyota believes it is a \"normal road condition\" of which would imply it happens every single mile driven.  As the rattle can be startling, we have swerved by accident.  In addition, Toyota has not fixed the issue and we have been in process of pursuing a settlement for faulty manufacturing.
