Leaving in a very dangerous way. So dangerous that they got a tow truck to in ten minutes the vehicle was loaded with us still inside because of the dangerous situation. I had my truck towed to my mechanic. To get fixed .not knowing that there was a safety recall p77 on my truck I had already paid for the repairs and have been seeking reimbursement eversince.this happened on XXX .but keep getting the runaround they're telling me that the recall had nothing to do with what happened. I asked them how they could say that without ever seeing my truck in person  Today they gave me there last refusal and said my case was closed  I suggested since the recall is still open that I take it to there dealership and find out if the pinion bolt was replaced by my mechanics.Ascot automotive specialist. And have not heard back from them [XXX] can you please help.maybe a few lines from you guys might change there minds.there saying that since I didn't take to them that it's not covered.
