Incident 2: While slowing down behind traffic exiting the parking lot, the brakes failed and the vehicle jolted forward, causing a rear-end collision. The Automatic Emergency Braking failed both times. The vehicle was inspected after the first incident at 9,318 miles, but the dealership failed to diagnose the defect and returned the vehicle to me.
