The most recent incident occurred on September 27, 2026, at approximately 25,000 miles.  At the time of the incident, the vehicle was in Eco mode. The engine had been started approximately five minutes earlier. I drove through a parking lot that is on a slight incline and came to a complete stop at a stop sign where the parking lot exits onto a public road.  When I attempted to make a left turn onto the roadway, I pressed the accelerator, but the vehicle would only move at approximately creep speed. I pressed the accelerator further, including fully depressing the accelerator pedal, but the vehicle still did not accelerate normally.  This condition lasted for approximately 15 seconds. After that, power gradually returned and the vehicle began accelerating normally.  There were no warning lights or warning messages during the incident.  Because this occurred while I was attempting to turn left and enter normal roadway traffic, the unexpected lack of acceleration created a significant safety concern due to approaching traffic.  The vehicle operated normally afterward. Because the condition is intermittent and has occurred only a few times, it may be difficult to reproduce during a dealership inspection.  I am reporting this because the unexpected loss or significant delay of acceleration from a stop, particularly when entering traffic, presents a potential safety hazard.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"LEXUS","productModel":"TX","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
