The latches on top of each of these seats are difficult to maneuver, particularly for those with weak hands.  And if you overextend the latch, their is risk of bursting the associated cable mechanism.  Note  that Toyota does not factory warranty such a burst seat cable mechanism.  In my case, I was on extended trip where I need to fold down the rear seats for luggage area expansion.  I burst the cable mechanism of the left rear seat latch. It is more difficult because it located in far left position.
