As I slowly turned right into a parking lot, the vehicle suddenly picked up speed, and crashed into a big tree near the parking lot.  The airbag was activated, and the front end of the vehicle was severely damaged.  Luckily, no one was injured from the accident, but this could have caused serous risk to myself and others.  I am going to request Toyota to perform investigation to identify a cause of unintended acceleration.    My wife also experienced unintended acceleration on the same vehicle on Sept. 29, 2025.
