Partner had driven it about 3 miles each way just a few hours earlier. Also drove it about 5 hours earlier in the morning, then I drove it about 10 miles. I charged it at home L2 (6.8kW) successfully hours before partner drove it and experienced the problem.  Partner said it had low power after starting, then expected power.  Drove about 1 mile then the Stop Safely and Check Power Supply displayed on the dash. Partner pulled over and parked the car and contacted me. I contacted Hyundai Roadside Assistance to have the car towed to the dealership. AAA towing service driver was able to start the car and drive it onto the flatbed. Drop off was around 8pm.  Next morning, the dealer's service associate called me. They said the car was dead. I described the \"Stop Safely and Check Power Supply\" message on the dash.  Service advisor tested and their scan determined the ICCU had failed P1A9096. On service invoice: FURTHER EXAMINATION FOUND THE INTEGRATED CHARGING CONTROL UNIT HAS AN INTERNAL FAILURE, Service Advisor said the ICCU was replaced with a newer (Jan 2026) version, confirmed \u201cbad ICCU and fuse\u201d and replaced both: ICCU assembly (36400-1XAA0-A) and Fuse-High Voltage (375F2-GI040). Service advisor completed the replacement on the same day they received it 9/30/26 and I was able to pickup that afternoon.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"HYUNDAI","productModel":"IONIQ 5","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
