I first noticed it a few months before September 2024 and reported it in writing that September. The date field is my September 23, 2024 written report, not onset; the true onset is UNKNOWN. No physical injury has resulted as of October 5, 2026.  The concern is unreliable support underfoot: deflection or giving-way may cause loss of balance, a fall, or injury during ordinary use of the parked trailer. An engineer mapped soft areas near both entrances, the toilet, and kitchen. This is a potential hazard, not a claim that a highway failure or blocked exit has occurred.  Camping World Green Bay Work Order 7468 documented widespread soft flooring and a need to replace the floor. It initially suspected water damage, but later recorded no observed intrusion after opening four underbelly areas and questioned that cause. Keystone inspected January 28, 2026 and denied coverage on a water-damage basis. Lighthouse inspected June 19; its August 13 report concluded normal-use floor failure rather than water exposure. Progressive separately documented concerning flexing and a failing subfloor, while noting earlier leaks and the need for further examination. Those competing facts and testing limitations are preserved.  Keystone arranged a further inspection September 14 but declined its reports/supporting materials September 23. As of October 5, it has not answered my September 20 request for an explicit repair or backup-remedy position. October 2 was my private requested response date, not a statutory deadline.  I request evaluation of floor load capacity, failure mechanism, similar assemblies, and any warranted safety action. I can coordinate inspection and supply the complete engineering report, work orders, photographs, and correspondence.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"KEYSTONE","productModel":"COUGAR","manufacturer":"Keystone RV Company"}]}]}
