At 14:58:48 on July 25, 2026, I observed a Waymo Jaguar SUV make an illegal left turn from the left through lane of SB Alma St causing two vehicles behind it to brake. It should have first moved into the center turn lane before reaching the intersection and making the turn. There was no conflicting traffic or anything else blocking its access to the turn lane.  I have dashcam video of the incident. Links are on the uploaded screenshots.  I do not know the license plate number of the Jaguar that made this illegal turn.
