The vehicle also stalled during the collision. My VIN lookup shows an unrepaired recall involving the starter-generator. I do not know whether the recall issue caused the stalling.   My windshield was foggy, limiting my visibility on the left side. I could see to the right and saw another driver trying to go around me. During impact, I tried to regain control, but the steering wheel felt stuck. My vehicle rolled over. I cannot determine whether the visibility or steering conditions contributed to the crash.  Dealer refused to let me inspect the vehicle, would not release the footages on bmw drive recorder. witnesses on chp report stated the rear end collision sent my car up an embankment and flipped 2-3 times in the air before landing on its wheels","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"BMW","productModel":"330I","manufacturer":"BMW of North America, LLC"}]}]}
