These errors were due to a failing front facing camera mounted by the rearview mirror. There is currently a class action lawsuit for this specific issue with more information here: [XXX]  I believe that these Honda Sensing features are heavily marketed as part of the safety systems that Honda has installed and need to be covered by an extended warranty as the camera failure causes multiple systems to be cancelled or inoperable.
