Mechanic evaluation: Technician performed diagnostic inspection due to multiple engine fault codes, overheating, and engine misfire conditions. Upon inspection, technician found evidence of an internal cylinder head gasket failure allowing engine coolant to leak into the combustion chamber and cylinder wall area. Coolant intrusion into the affected cylinder is causing improper combustion, resulting in engine misfire, especially during initial start up. The internal coolant leak can also contribute to coolant loss, overheating, and internal engine damage.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EDGE","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
