These created a dangerous safety situation which was luckily avoided by the driver.  We had the care inspected and the transmission removed, rebuilt and re-installed by Nightingale Transmissions LLC in [XXX].  There were no warnings or symptoms with this car until the accelerator jumped in the middle of the intersection.
