The automatic rear liftgate opens normally but then suddenly drops and slams shut without warning or beeping.  This has become a serious safety issue. The liftgate has actually closed on me, trapping me and preventing me from getting out. I am extremely concerned that this could cause serious injuries to myself or someone else.  I believe this is an unacceptable safety hazard, and I am requesting that Jeep investigate the problem, determine whether any recalls or known defects apply, and provide assistance with the necessary repairs.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"CHEROKEE","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
