Happened at low speed or at a stop 4-Foward collision not engaging (few closed call ) low speed on bumper to bumper traffic    -Audible warning only- no breaking     -Weather not a factor, windshield cleaned, daylight,     -Issue not present when cruse control is active at freeway speeds    -Does break automatically on reverse 5- 11FOZ03 - Recall noted on service documentation. 6- No over the air firmware pushed to vehicle  Vehicle currently Dealer, Car has been there since 10/19.  Car lost complete power while dealer technician was driving for testing.
