Before 10/7/2026 Ford paused the recall.  In their own notice Ford says this problem could result in loss vehicle control increasing the risk of a crash.  They do not rule out that a crash could occur at high speed.   It appears that before the pause, they applied a software fix to many vehicles which caused new problems.  They should make a serious effort to effect a solution even if it requires replacing hardware.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2015","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"F-150","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
