This condition has occurred for nearly 4 months now, and despite numerous, repeated attempts, Lucid Motors won’t take the vehicle in for service. A mobile technician did inspect the vehicle on 9/4/26 and told me he was unable to fix issue and that it needs to brought in for service. The Lucid Motors service department refuses to schedule the repair.  Further, I was informed that they are \"undermanned\" and told that their Service Center voicemail system that I had been calling \"has never worked, and not to call it and leave messages”.  Calls to Lucid Motors \"Customer Care\" department have resulted in repeated promises, but no actions on the part of Lucid Motors. Operable windshield washing systems are required under Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 571.104. Lucid Motors failure to address this issue puts my safety at risk and potentially the safety of the vehicles around me if my lack of visibility results in a collision. Further, my vehicle’s emergency braking and collision avoidance systems rely on cameras at the top of the windshield. My inability to clean my windshield has resulted in numerous “blocked sensor” and “system unavailable” warnings because these systems cannot adequately “see” through a dirty windshield.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2026","productMake":"LUCID","productModel":"GRAVITY","manufacturer":"Lucid USA, Inc."}]}]}
