Mad Max additionally causes the vehicle to zigzag around slower traffic with frequent, unnecessary lane changes.  These software design choices create an unreasonable risk to public safety by increasing speed-related crash risk and by introducing unpredictable movements that affect surrounding traffic. Higher speeds reduce available reaction time and increase stopping distances. Aggressive weaving forces other drivers to react, raising the chance of collisions.  I assert that, in the interest of highway safety, the Hurry and Mad Max profiles must be eliminated so driver  cannot exceed posted speed limits. Only a single speed profile that obeys posted speed limits should remain.  I further recommend the return of the previous right-scroll-wheel speed adjustment feature. This would allow drivers to set a precise maximum speed and to travel below the posted limit when conditions make doing so the safer and more prudent choice.  The vehicle is available for inspection. This complaint concerns a intentional software design  that exposes the driver, passengers, and other road users at elevated and unnecessary risk.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2026","productMake":"TESLA","productModel":"MODEL Y","manufacturer":"Tesla, Inc."}]}]}
