Open recalls 24V499 (water pump) and 24V466 (door handles). I first requested recall service XXX from [XXX]; only an automatic logging reply followed. I followed up XXX and XXX, and again XXX, asking when/where the work could be scheduled or whether Fisker would send the parts so I could perform the work myself. No scheduling contact has been received in five months. The door-handle defect is now progressing — the white part is starting to break. I am reporting that the recall remedy has not been provided within a reasonable time and asking NHTSA to record the failure to remedy. Please share this complaint with the manufacturer.
