There was absolutely no danger or imminent accident.  I was not injured, but my dog was thrown forward and hit the dashboard.  This happened again when I went to accelerate as the light turned green - I got up to about 5 mph and automatic emergency braking was applied again, this time nearly causing the car behind me to rear-end me (and it generated a few honks as the Tesla wouldn't let me drive through the green light).  This is the latest incident - AEB has been triggered two other times in the past year, both times worse than this, but I didn't have video and didn't know where to report it.  This has been reported to Tesla, no response (yet).  The vehicle/component has not be inpsected by anyone.  No warning lamps were on prior to the failure.
