While driving my 2020 Cadillac XT6 over an overpass in XXX, the vehicle suffered a complete electrical breakdown. Every dash light flared up, and I instantly lost total control—NO steering assist, NO acceleration. Being stranded in a moving vehicle without control on an elevated roadway was terrifying.  This car has under 50,000 miles. It is currently on its 6th service visit at Stevens Creek Cadillac and has been sitting in their shop for 3 full weeks with zero answers or progress.  I trusted Cadillac again even after my 2006 SRX had to be donated under 150k miles following 2 transmission replacements and endless issues. But experiencing a sudden, total power failure at highway speeds crosses every line.  I am fearful to take  this vehicle back. I do not feel safe put back behind the wheel.  GM and Cadillac really should not sell these vehicles until their electrical issue is safe. I opened a case with GM and they said that the buy back was denied which is insane to me. this vehicle doesn't even have 50,000 miles on it. I hope someone will help my husband and I. thank you, [XXX]  INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"CADILLAC","productModel":"XT6","manufacturer":"General Motors, LLC"}]}]}
