The vibration frequencies from certain high-revving four-cylinder motorcycle engines can cause the oil filter to unscrew during riding.","Consequence":"A loose or detached oil filter can allow oil to escape from the engine and contact the rear tire or road surface, increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"Dealers will inspect and replace the oil filter as necessary, free of charge.  Owner notification letters were mailed January 14, 2025.
