The interconnect battery cable routed between the chassis battery and the auxiliary batteries may overheat.","Consequence":"An overheated battery cable increases the risk of a fire.","Remedy":"Dealers will reroute the interconnect connections to the fused terminal, replace the interconnect battery cables with higher-gauge cables, and inspect and replace the solenoid as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832.
