The turntable rotation bearing fasteners may not have been heat treated properly.","Consequence":"A fastener that has not been heat treated could fail, resulting in separation of the pedestal and turntable, increasing the risk of injury.","Remedy":"Altec will instruct owners to inspect the lot number on the fasteners and, if necessary, order a rotation bolt kit to replace the fasteners, or schedule service with Altec, free of charge.
