A hydraulic hose may have been installed between the cylinder port and load-holding valve instead of metallic tubing, which can result in a damaged hydraulic hose and failure of the load-holding feature.","Consequence":"Failure of the load-holding feature can result in unintended movement of the platform or load, increasing the risk of injury.","Remedy":"Altec will inspect the units for a hydraulic hose and replace it with specified metallic tubing, as necessary, free of charge. The Power Distribution Module (PDM 10) circuit may experience a voltage spike, which can damage the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) and disrupt chassis functions, including the PTO switch, rearview mirror, or rearview camera.","Consequence":"A damaged TCCM and disrupted chassis functions can result in a loss of handling and control or brake performance, increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"Altec will install a diode to the ignition hot circuit, free of charge.
