The weld that secures the torsion arm assembly may fail allowing the tire, wheel, hub, and torsion arm to separate from the trailer.","Consequence":"A separation of the torsion arm can result in a loss of trailer stability and control, increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"Charmac will notify owners, and dealers will replace the suspect axles, free of charge.  The recall began on January 28, 2016.
