The hex nuts were improperly torqued where the flange mounts to the yoke.","Consequence":"The loose hex nuts may allow the driveshaft to disconnect from the drive axle, resulting in a loss of propulsion and increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"The affected vehicle for this recall has been repaired, therefore, a notification letter will not be issued.
