The alternator cable may be insufficiently thick to handle the current, and, as a result, may overheat.","Consequence":"If the alternator cable overheats, it would increase the risk of a fire.","Remedy":"Mack will notify owners, and dealers will replace the alternator cable, free of charge.  The recall began on June 16, 2017.  Owners may contact Mack customer service at 1-800-866-1177.
