If an attendant lands on the bench top with great force, such as when the vehicle hits a bump in the road, the bench top screws may loosen and pull out.","Consequence":"If the bench top securing screws pull out then the bench top may drop into the cavity of the bench compartment, increasing the risk of personal injury.","Remedy":"Medtec will notify owners, and dealers will repair the vehicles free of charge.
