The u-bolt that attaches the front axle to the leaf spring can fracture.","Consequence":"Failure of u-bolts could lead to separation of the front axle from the vehicle, resulting in loss of operator control and increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"Terex will notify owners, and dealers will remove the u-bolts and attach the front axle to the leaf springs using plates and studs, free of charge.  The recall began on December 20, 2013.
