In the affected trailers, the rear aerodynamic device (RAD) may separate from the rear of the tarping system, due to rivet failure.","Consequence":"If the RAD detaches from the trailer it may be a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.","Remedy":"Utility will notify owners, and dealers will replace the mounting rivets with a bolted connection, free of charge.  The recall began on September 20, 2016.
